To present an overall cleaner look to our web pages, all text hyperlinks (url links to other pages) used throughout this web site are hover mouseover type hyperlinks. These hover mouseover type hyperlinks should “not” appear underlined when viewed using either Microsoft’s Internet Explorer web browser 4.0 or greater, or any other browser capable of supporting Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). In some older versions of Netscape Navigator, these hyperlinks may appear underlined. All of the text hyperlinks will change color when the mouse is passed over them. The default colors of all mouseover hyperlinks, depending on your browser, is blue (unvisited pages), purple (visited pages), and magenta (pink) as the mouse hovers over them. 2. In the Control Panel window select Display.
3. In the Display Properties box select the Settings tab.
4. Click on the Color Palette dropdown.
5. Select 256 Color.
6. Click OK
